It was amazing how many things I came up with that I had not done but WILL do, thank you for sharing!!! Even my wife started on one once she heard about mine. It is because if this energy I am a fan of you as an owner (Wiz/Caps) and luv the films. PEACE!!! Very interesting list. It's interesting for what's on it and for what's not on it. You did not put anything on the list regarding your health! If I were in your position and had your goals, I would want to take steps to ensure my longevity. So why not set a goal of X% body fat by age ___?
