Great Giveaway

The 19,000 fans who attended the final regular season game of the Dallas Mavericks each received a voucher for free flights on American Airlines.  It’s a great way to thank the fans for their support – and I want to congratulate my friend Mark Cuban, owner of the Mavericks, for his generosity.

Caps Final Home Game

Last night was the Caps final home game of the season. The Atlanta Thrashers needed a win in order to keep their playoff hopes alive, so they played a tough, almost desperate game, but the Caps still came out on top 6-4.

We played our typical gritty game.  After falling behind 1-0 just 11 seconds into the game, we battled back and scored a pair of goals in under a minute to take a 2-1 lead.  The game was passionate and very entertaining.  The Caps were down 4-3 after the second period, but they came out fired up for the third
