Web 2.0 Conference

Today is the last day of the conference and I have to admit that I am exhausted. The days start early and end late. With the time difference for us on the east coast, it makes it hard to stay clear of thought. Last night several of us participated in the Web Bowl, a game show contest about the history of the web. It was a tough format to participate and feel comfortable in but the time went by fast and John Battelle made everyone feel like a winner. I answered four questions correctly and two incorrectly. Our team lost.

 The best part of these conferences is the networking that takes place in the hallways of the hotel. It has been great to see so many friends and business associates some of whom I date my friendships and business dealings with them back to 1980. It was also great to see so many people hanging around the lobby of the hotel to make connections who didn’t purchase tickets to the event. Smart and resourceful of you – bravo!
