Thank you for showing so much class and dignity last night while we all observed a moment of silence for Sean Taylor. Local professional athletes are a brotherhood and each member of the Washington Capitals family shares in the collective pain of this tragedy.

Ted, thanks for this note. I’d like to see some small reference to Taylor on the Caps’ Home page until the funeral takes place.

Ted, I’m not at all happy with the performance of the team this season but I have to compliment you and the organization for the Sean Taylor tribute. VERY classy. And kudos to Brent Johnson for wearing the Skins hat. Losing local athlete is a blow to the community as well as the team involved and the Caps recognition of that made me proud to be a Caps fan. Now if you guys would just win a few.
