On to Detroit
Check out Detroit’s standing points – its goals for and its goals against. Wow. This is a great team and a great franchise. Monday night’s game will be our toughest road test after a nice win in Tampa on Saturday night. I was disappointed in how we lost at home on Friday night. Those were two points for us, ready for the taking. And as we slowly climb back into the race, every game is key for us. It is hard to believe that we have a better winning percentage as of today on the road compared to our home record. That is atypical Caps hockey.

I am very happy with our progress under our new coach and I am hopeful that we can get healthy and play as a unit and with heart in the days ahead. We need to get some key players jump started and contributing but we are making progress after digging ourselves quite a hole in the standings during the first two months of the season.

And a Nice Review on Nanking From About.com
“We know that school comes first.”
That is why I love Georgetown and their men’s basketball program. We have a great team and a wonderful program but the hallmark is that school really does come first. The administration makes sure that every player can prosper in class, get a degree and graduate on time.
