The Caps did the same thing for a couple years when they moved to the Southeast with three expansion teams... Who says that can't happen again? </p> <p> </p> <p>The good news is that over the weekend the Caps have begun to pass teams, moving past LA to get out of the cellar of the NHL overall. Next ahead of them: Atlanta. A good solid run in the next 10 games, and the Caps could be breathing down the back of Carolina and the division lead!
