DC United’s Kevin Payne just had heart surgery and is recovering. He is a great guy, a great executive and I wish him godspeed in his recovery.

The Boston Globe loves hockey – and the Bruins – and gives it lots of coverage on the front page as a game day story and then inside as a follow on story as well as a big around the NHL news story. I was very impressed with seeing this kind of coverage. Ironically, we sell about as many tickets as the Bruins do but their footprint is much bigger with the local media than the Caps in our marketplace.
