indieWIRE did a great job covering the Spirit Awards last night. I was able to catch some of it on the Sundance Channel as well. Kudos to Juno for all of its awards last night.

I am hopeful that my friends – Sean and Andrea Fine, here from our own neighborhood – win the Oscar tonight for their wonderful documentary called War/Dance. It would be quite a coup for local filmmakers.

Here is a terrific article from today’s New York Times on a great new company founded by some long term friends. It is so great to see Miles and Nina’s vision put into reality and to see National Geographic helping and investing alongside of them.

That is all I can say. On to today’s game. We don’t have much time to feel sorry for ourselves.
