Hmmm, the link you provided in your responce to my post was to a blog with a contributor named Jerry…you didn’t presume that to be me, did you? I don’t get the responce/link…perhaps you will need to dumb it down a little for me please. Thank you.
Thank you for the response, Mr. Leonsis. I had never posted to your blog and wanted my first to be a kind and well phrased attempt at opening a dialogue on this subject…our ice (but re-reading my email makes me wonder how I thought that was well phrased at the time. lol). I have read the crazy email posting you put up and yes, they are a bunch of blathering idiots (for the most part). I have been a fan since 1982 and have never complained to management/ownership about one thing…ever. It has simply become too much to bear. I am sorry that you have received so many complaints about the ice prior to my posting but if there has been some kind of response from you will you kindly point me in the direction of that post. Thank you.

Please, who is in charge of the ice? I’m sure you know who this is as you must have able to see the results of our poor ice surface every night. Please resond as to what is being done and what our plans are to address this problem
