Baltimore Press is Taking Notice

Thank you. We embrace all of our loyal fans from Baltimore. Come on out to Verizon Center. There are just three home games left in the regular season starting next Tuesday. I am hopeful we can sell out the building and get lots of energy to help us win all three.

  1. RE: Rob 5:34 — what are you complaining about? TicketExchange is a free market secondary system, just like StubHub or Razorgator. You buy the tickets directly from another ticketholder, and pay what the market bears. No one forces you to buy them either. That’s a complaint just to complain

  2. Ted, thanks for recognizing us fans from Charm City. We love this team as much as the DC fans do.

Also, thanks for pitching in for the Hockey Fights Cancer Maryland event coming in May at Ice World up in Abingdon. The Hanson Brothers will be there. Spread the word!

  3. I did purchase tickets through ticket exchange but i am very disappointed with that service. I paid double face value for upper concourse tickets. And on top of adding insult to injury i wanted main level tickets which paying that price i would be fine with

  4. “You better believe the NHL is foaming at the mouth, hoping they make the playoffs,” said Bill Patrick, a hockey analyst for Versus network.

When will NHL officials get the memo and stop treating the Caps like they are the Kansas City Scouts?

  5. Maybe the Caps should play a pre-season game or maybe even an early regular season game in Baltimore each year? I don’t live up that way, but it would be a nice way to say thank you to the Baltimore fans! :)
