Dear Ted: Thank you for the classy way you lead this organization and the tone you set for the fans. Watching the Flyers and their fans at Wachovia Center has absolutely disgusted me and it made me appreciate what we have in our team and our owner. The Flyers fans and organization have shown that their reputation for being a dirty, thuggish, and untalented team is well deserved. Philadelphia fans should not blame the media for their bad reputation - the proof is what we see with our own eyes. It’s too bad Coach Stevens decided to resort to thuggery and “trapping” to beat the Capitals - I guess he realized that was the only he could beat this more talented and world-class team.

Furthermore, no wonder Martin Brodeur quit the competition committe because it was unwilling to do anything about goaltender interference - the Flyers and their pest Briere have consistently interfered with Huet. And what can you say about the Kozlov penalty - an absolute joke. The league needs to develop some consistency.

I think this team has it in them to perservere over the Flyers.

Ted…Thanks for being the owner that you are. I think it is the greatest thing to have an owner like yourself get so involved in the game to make it so enjoyable to the players and fans. This has been a great year. Thanks.

Ted, maybe you should have a little bit of class and hold your tongue. Is the Flyers’ owner taking shots at your team or it’s fans? Completely unprofessional on your part in my opinion.

Philadelphia fans deserve their reputation, and accept it.

They are not trying at all to create a family environment, because they think it would stop them from winning.

    It’s delusional.

But unfortunately it seems to get results.
