I won’t name names but I literally saw a huge female star – who is so sweet and nice on camera – yell, scream and curse at her staff right up to the moment the red light appeared and then – voila! – all sweetness and light! It is truly remarkable to see these transformations in real life. This is a powerful and accurate portrayal of some of these folks and how they act to staff.
I know two people who have worked for Rachel Ray/Mrs. All American Sweetheart. They both say she is a huge bisnatch and treats her staff like crap.

Agree, this is nothin’ compared to what you sometimes see on set.
Seems in viral video age, if you act differently on-/off-camera sooner or later you’ll get caught …

Of course you pick O’Reilly to show when there are clips available of numerous lib talk show hosts and anchors who are cursing and yelling at employees.
There’s a reason he’s the Worst Person in the World on a regular basis.
Then again, I’ve been a Keith Olbermann fan since his days at ESPN. And if you’ve read his and Dan Patrick’s book, they say the easiest people in the world to interview are hockey players.
