Alex will also be on the popular TSN show tonight “Off the Record”. Being in the middle of all the Stanley Cup Finals excitement will make Alex even hungrier to get there as soon as possible.
The ceremony tomorrow is in Pittsburgh?! Yeah, I get that that’s where the Stanley Cup Finals are going right now, but come on…PITTSBURGH?
Next thing you know, the NBA will be sending Gilbert Arenas to Cleveland for an awards ceremony. Sheesh!
Of course, if you’re into irony, it’s a beautiful thing to see them handing out hardware to Pittsburgh’s hockey version of Public Enemy Number One. And instead of picking up a trophy, Crosby will likely be in the middle of his pre-game nap, and having nightmares about the Red Wings’ defense.
Man, I love being a hockey fan!
Way to go, Alex!!! You deserve these and the many more to come.
