I can’t believe Milbury still has a job after that interview! That’s unexceptable and unprofessional. Alex is one of the greatest players in the league and deserves more respect especially since he doesn’t have to be so open and willing to give interviews! Can the NBC actually get some sportscasters who understand hockey!!! Is that too much to ask?!?!?

That was one of the most absurd interviews I have seen or heard in a long time! What was with the hug??? Alex tried to bring a little dignity with his response of “You have to learn all the time, that’s life.” Way to go ALEX OVECHKIN.
Yea that interview was painful. Thankfully OV is awesome enough of a person to take it all in stride.
Yes. I have to agree, especially about Milbury. I can take Doc Emrick, but that’s about it. Did you hear on Saturday evening the shot that Doc took at his partners: “You guys feel free to jump in any time, here…” There is clearly no chemistry with those guys and it shows in the product. If we can’t have Joe B., I’d love to see NBC try to get the ESPN guys back together. Thorne, Clement, Pang, Levy, Buccigross, Engblom, and yes, even Barry Melrose are far ahead of the dregs that N(obody) B(ut) C(rosby) have slapped together.
