I feel that in large part the NHL can thank the Caps and their terrific run from last to first for that. What a great story!

Now all that needs to be done is ESPN & Versus work out a compensation deal so that ESPN can start showing some NHL games as well (and I think having 2 cable rights holders is key because the NHL needs exposure).
