I guess I didn’t meet the REAL Sombrero Guy on Saturday at Kettler Capitals Iceplex. I met another fan wearing a Sombrero who when I introduced myself and said, “Hello Sombrero Guy”, he just ran with it.
Sorry about the confusion. Who knew so many people in DC liked wearing sombreros to a Caps event? Evidently the gentleman attached considers himself “the REAL Sombrero Guy“ and who am I to disagree?
I just hope Sombrero Guy, or any of his impersonators, sits BEHIND me at the games.
hey ted next time ask for proper i.d. I always carry my expo identification with me…just in case it is needed.
I say let them drop the gloves and sort it out.
