here is another story about the expanded presence of cap fans and is an appropriate comment to ted’s post.
about 10 days ago i was in vegas where i met up with westcoastcapfan( sailor who lives in seattle and has cap season tix) during my stay. At one point he and i were at the poker table when someone else at the table asked him about the caps jersey that he was wearing. then another stranger at the same table also wanted to know what the deal was with the jersey. it turns out that these 2 people, who did not know each other, were also cap season tix holders. amazing— at one poker table in vegas three cap season tix holders!! now what are the odds of that happening? hell five years ago you would be hard pressed to find anyone in bethesda admitting they had seasons.
