Ted, thanks for building us this wonderful team. You promised us and we as fans didn’t support you financially the way we could have through the long lean years. But you stuck with it, as painful as it must have been. But those years are over. The exciting offense you’ve assembled will keep the fans coming back for more. My husband and I decided we need to show our commitment too and are about to send in the form for season tickets. Let’s Rock The Red!

What’s the summer version of the Hot Stove? Cool AC? If so, I’ve had enough Cool AC on the Caps already! 38 days until regular season for Caps. 17 days until I can buy some single game tix (sorry Ted – no Saturday night six pack this year – too hard to make Friday and Sunday games). Go Caps!

To quote Alan Sheppard “Let’s light this candle!”

I can’t wait… the more I look at the Caps line-up vs. the other teams in the league, the more I like what I see in terms of players. The Caps have the best set of forwards not playing in Detroit, some top notch defensemen with a super rookie on the way, and a former Vezina/Hart Trophy winner in goal.

What’s not to love?

We can’t agree more.

As it stands right now.
10 days plus several hours for Rookie Camp.
16 days plus several hours for Training Camp.

Though, it’s good that the Caps are still talked about during the off season.
