On the flip side, in tough economic times, the Capitals hand out 10 minutes of ice time as a holiday bonus to their employees. One more reason Ted is the man.

This was so awesome. I know the group I was with during warm-ups tried to cheer as loud as possible in support every time he skated by. I want a Brett Leonhardt jersey!
