Ted, this comes from the top-down. Your organization has created a culture of being first-class. You expect the players to play hard each night and be good citizens off the ice. It was a glaring and stark difference between looking at the Caps, dressed like professionals, vice the Tampa and Ottawa players. We're in first place by 8 points at this writing. We are impressed.
