		<description>Indeed, it&#039;s very, very impressive how our guys comport themselves off the ice and their dress is a part of that.  Ted, this comes from the top-down.  Your organization has created a culture of being first-class.  You expect the players to play hard each night and be good citizens off the ice. 

It was a glaring and stark difference between looking at the Caps, dressed like professionals, vice the Tampa and Ottawa players.

We&#039;re in first place by 8 points at this writing.  We are impressed.

Thanks and please ensure the players know the fan base notices and appreciates their personal appearance off the ice as well.</description>
