Wow. That was a huge win on the road against the #2 team in the land. Congratulations! It looks like the Georgetown men’s basketball team was under estimated in the pre season polls being picked in the 7th spot in the Big East. As noted, the experts are usually the last to know what is up. 
Georgetown is a small school. When we compete straight up with much larger schools and beat them on their home floor, it feels good for the alumni out there. We are proud of the program and the way the team handles itself on and off the court.

Georgetown is not a small school. Loyola (MD) is a small school. Indiana (PA) is a small school. Madonna University is a small school. Despite its small enrollment, Georgetown is a huge school on a world-scale. Their athletic budget is pretty big, too.
