I believe it is important to embrace our past and celebrate our present and future.

I am very pleased that Mike Gartner and his family accepted this offer from our franchise and was re-embraced by our media and our fan base. Welcome home Mike! You are up where you belong.

I recall the playoff OT game vs the NY islanders in 1987, a young Kelly Hrudey in Goal, Gartner scores the winner on a superfast wraparound ..i have never heard such a loud volume of roar from a crowd like that..it was ” rocking the red, before rocking the red” …(this was early in the series of the eventual game 7, 4 overtime doozee ) ..Awesome – great pre-game the other night..GARTS!
