- My wife and I drove into DC last night for a party and for dinner. It was a Friday night rush hour on a historic weekend. We were prepared for historic traffic jams but guess what? - We ate at a new great dining establishment and the chef is a HUGE Caps fan. Who knew? We NOW HEARTILY endorse THE SOURCE as a great in place in DC to eat with friends and Caps fans. The food and ambiance is great and the chef is a hardcore Caps fan and follower.
- Security into our building tonight will be extra tight and there will be some street closings around the building so leave extra time to get to the game tonight. It will be a Red Out so wear your colors with pride and be loud and proud.
- At about 11:15 pm last night on Constitution Avenue, I saw a jogger wearing shorts and a t-shirt running with great speed and laughing and shouting out loud. I think I heard him chanting, ”Yes we can!” It is an amazing time to be in DC.
