My family and I have gone to some of these parties, galas and events. They have been festive but truthfully they have not been over the top or offensive in their decadence.

We will attend even more tonight. We have met lots of interesting and fun folks but at the end of the day, we tend to gravitate to hang out with friends and family.

We are all witnessing a massive regime change. We are all optimistic. We are all shocked that the stars of the new DC are the folks who bundle up cash from people like me as fundraisers. We are all happy that change is coming though.

Party on DC! And now everyone at Sundance is hurrying to DC for tonight’s big parties at the Creative Coalition; Huffington Post; Verizon Center; and getting ready for Tuesday’s main events.
