Our Hershey Bears won in overtime last night and are now up 3 to 1 in the Eastern Conference Finals.

We are very appreciative for the great work that all of the people in Hershey do for their franchise and for developing a winning culture for future Washington Capital’s  players. We work hand in glove with Hershey and we want to keep integrating players developed in Hershey into our lineup. We basically play the same system and we communicate very well with the folks in Hershey; this is such a great and productive relationship.  Good luck — and Go Bears!
