This is quite an honor – and well deserved. As a season ticket holder for five years – I have seen amazing progress each year. Many people cannot believe me when I tell them how well season ticket holders are cared for by the CAPS organization.

Much appreciated – and here is to a Stanley Cup in 2010.

Well deserved, Ted. Especially the parts of the ranking that deal with the way the organization relates to the fans.

I used to work for the Federal Government. In the 1990′s we had a big emphasis on customer service for awhile — and then it faded. Your organization’s approach is in keeping with that emphasis. You and your supervising staff obviously demand a customer-centered approach from all staff members down the line. It shows.

All that counts is that your are number 1 in DC out of the four pro teams. Football and basketball are always suppose to be ahead of hockey. But what you have done is incredible.

Great jump, but I have a couple issues. Are there really 46 other teams that are more likely to win a championship in my lifetime? Not a chance. With Ted and GMGM keeping to the gameplan (great pick up of Knuble btw), we WILL win the Cup, sooner than later I believe. And we’ve got to be in the top 10 in fan relations. Eleven is just a bit weak given how the organization treats us.
