I have received so many fantastic emails from our fans telling me how much fun they had at the Season Ticket Holders party at Six Flags. And by the looks of this video, our players had a gas as well. I am so happy that you all enjoyed a special night with our franchise.

And I also have received more than 200 positive emails regarding the Capitals Convention. While we have some tweaking to do to improve, that day was also memorable and received very high marks from our fans as well. The general consensus is that we MUST do the convention on an annual basis.

Sometimes some folks have deep trepidation regarding new developments and when we change something in our routine, the message boards get all abuzz and folks start to fret. And then send me really tough flame mails before we even conduct the sessions.

I remember reading some of the emails about our new jersey design for instance, and about the Red Rockers and about a long laundry list of things we wanted to introduce or change or modify hopefully for the better.

I am very appreciative to read supportive emails. It is a good way to learn and see what season ticket holders like and don’t like. It is also terrific to read about people’s personal experiences at these events. It honestly gives me goose bumps to see how we can make you so happy.
