I so enjoyed meeting our number 1 fan last night — such a brave young kid — and a gifted hockey player to boot. His parents are such warm and supportive and wonderful folks; all of our partners loved hanging out with them during the game in the owners box.

I had to watch the video after his dad told me about it and I know that made Kiddo’s day! Good to see him rocking the hawk and in such good spirits.

Wow – thanks so much for sharing this.. I can’t imagine going thru life & not being able to eat proteins!!
While there are many things you are able to do that could inspire jealousy, this is the first time I have actually felt envious of you. I can’t imagine anything better than making a little boy’s dream come true. The smile he had plastered on his face and the awe in his eyes throughout the video forced me to re-watch multiple times. I also loved the respect that both you and players treated him with, no one talked down to him but instead shook his hand and engaged with him on a real level.
Saw this video this morning. What an amazing kiddo! Such a great zest for life, even when things seem to be so difficult for him. Definitely an inspiration. I’m sure he really enjoyed last night!
