Those playoff games seem so far away. So long ago.
We are in the midst of reinvention, a new season and a long road trip. More injuries are piling up. Yuck.We got done to us last night what we did to Tampa on Monday night. We were shut out. We didn’t take advantage of our opportunities to score and their goaltender was on top of his game and was the difference maker. Buffalo was the better team last night. Our six game winning streak is over. Back to work. See you all Friday night at home against Carolina. You can’t win them all. Sorry about that.

While I was disappointed with last nights results, the season overall has been great so far. 80+ games is a lot. We cannot win them all. That would be crazy. Don’t let the Negative Nellies get you down today.
I agree with Cindy Ted, ignore all the naysayers! Miller was on fire last night and the Caps needed grit and garbage at the net. Pretty passing wasn’t going to get it done on that guy, he saw everything and then some! You have to give credit where it’s due and Miller was game on last night, like Varly has been recently. It’s one game, one in a long, long season. Learn from the mistakes, make corrections and move on the world doesn’t end, the season isn’t over! Not all of us Caps fans think that the bottom is falling out with every loss or even several of them. We have faith in all that is Red and we will keep right on rocking it!
