Rolling Thunder

Over 800,000 people came to DC this weekend on more than 500,000 motorcycles. An amazing display. All wearing some kind of leather in 90 degree heat.

Rolling Thunder was here to remind us to never forget our veterans, our MIAs and our POWs.

They come to ride by the White House and buzz POTUS as a friendly reminder.

But POTUS isn’t here this weekend.

He must be in Louisiana helping our fisherman in the Gulf. Nope. 

He is in Chicago.

He must be taking in a Stanley Cup Finals game. Nope.

Our President missed an awesome display of chrome and noise this weekend.

We shall never forget.

The Great Switch

An amazing thing is happening. People who were Mac folks became Windows/PC folks are now going back to Macs in a big way.

My first computer was an Apple II.

I then had one of the first 100 Macs as an Apple developer back in 1983.

In the 90′s I switched. Apple had lost its way a bit. The Macs had become slow and PCs with Windows were everywhere. They were faster, better and cheaper. And there were more third party developers.

Wow

What a chat transcript. What a set of questions and answers. What a dominant atmosphere regarding the Winter Classic in Pittsburgh and in DC some time in the future.

It is great to see people debating hockey related subjects in the summer. Thank you. It is 95 degrees outside.

Try to be happy. You can do it.
