The Mystics won today at a game that sounded like a Beatles concert at Shea Stadium! It was Camp Day.
The team is now tied for first place in the East.
A rebuild plan that seems to be working again, eh?
A high draft pick playing superior basketball scored 24 points with 15 rebounds. Congrats Crystal!
Come on out to a game. What are you waiting for? Click here for our website and ticketing information.
Ted, did anyone realize that the Mystics (11:30), Orioles (12:30) and Baysox (11:30) all had early afternoon “Day-Camp Day” games on this same Wednesday, two days ago? I run a middle school camp in Anne Arundel County, and we chose Orioles. If Mystics were a different day from the Orioles day-camp day, we definitely would have chosen to do a Mystics game as well!
Ted:
I am a Caps’ season ticket holder (since 1985 and 1978 thru 1981) and sit in row Q in front of your box. I want you to know I have never had a problem balancing my beer cup on the top of the urinal; never spilled a drop. It is really kind of easy. Are the Wizard fans clumsy?
Now I am concerned your new “ledge” will actually make it more difficult to keep my cup in front of me while I relieve myself.
Also, while I don’t look around while I am doing my business, I don’t recall ever seeing anyone at a Caps’ game with a cup in their month—even when the Pens or the Flyers are in town.
Keep up the good work and I’ll see you in September.
