I am proud to have been named today to the Board of Directors of American Express. I will also chair the Innovation and Technology Committee of the Board of this great company. Plus I will continue to provide counsel to the Chairman and CEO of the company, Ken Chenault.
I really respect American Express as a company and as a brand. I love the people at Revolution Money, who are now a part of American Express, and I am committed to helping the company become a more fully developed digital player in the web payments universe.
