Don’t Give Us Credit

These slight tweaks to the Wizards uniforms were in the works for a long time by the team and the league well before we closed on our deal.

They aren’t much – some new materials mostly to be more streamlined and lighter and to look sleeker. I like the modifications.

There are no new colors or new designs yet. As noted, it takes years to make big changes to the uniforms. A lot of planning goes into it by the league, suppliers, merchants and stores.

Nothing new to report as we have been hard at work on many items on your checklist that can be affected in the short term as previously noted. Thank you.

Throw ‘Em In The Pool

Let them swim.

These experiences are great. They build character. They allow players to measure up.
They keep the young players in shape and gain a competitive edge.

There are only positives that come out of these activities. There is no “rough outing.” We encourage our young players to push themselves and play against the best of the best. They test themselves and grow. There is no failure here only progress. This set of competition will help our players to blossom.

I am supportive of our players and I find some of the tweets to be funny. Chill out a bit Michael Lee. :-)

I Would Add To This List…

List Additions:

Clearspring Technologies - One billion monthly uniques; billions and billions of monthly views; a rich data warehouse and massive global reach; AddThis is the standard.

MediaBank - The advertising industry’s OS; tens of billions of media buys flowing through its engines; same folks that founded Groupon.

SnagFilms - Over 2,000 full length films; tens of millions of monthly streams; more than 100,000 virtual movie theaters open.

But that is just me. :-)  And I am biased.

I Spoke Too Soon

With our win last night the Mystics do clinch a playoff berth but we await which seed we will be. We also now have the most wins in team history and it is also the first time that we have qualified for the playoffs in back to back seasons.

So far so good.

The team would like to keep the momentum going; win more games; and enter the playoffs on a roll. Wish us luck. Thanks Washington Post for setting the record straight.
