Lest we forget. Fans were always great fans, white outs or red outs! You always rock. I remember when too!

Need a decibel meter!! My friends and I love watching the one at the Patriot Center (Sorry, never saw the one at Cap Center)
i remember the decibel meter well…wether it was fake or not, who cares…we could rock the cap center just as much as the phone booth!! . ..and i remember when they used to have the live band up in the corner too!! …heavy metal used to rule the day at cap center!! it was a great hockey venue, regardless of the poor lighting. . .the place had great sight lines for hockey…
That decibel meter was sooo cool (unlike that fake nonsense on the screens now).
Uncle Ted…Red/White, I say golden.
Great stuff…You need to pass out Red POM-POMS instead of towels.
Hey, that’s my video. Cool.
From 1974 to 1978, Capital Centre was my second home! Between the Caps games and all of the great concerts that I don’t remember going to, and right down the road: drinking many a beer at Faunsworth’s Tavern before and after the games, in between classes at PG Community College……. Great memories!!!
Wow. Brings back memories. I agree 100% that we need an actual decibel meter like the old school one at Cap Center. The video projection job that always “breaks” doesn’t give the crowd the same motivation to get LOUD. I’m ready to work for it to make the thing redline. Bring it back and bring it on!
