We never know what life has in store for us. My heart breaks for them & their families. They look so young. Life is not fair.
Been a tough summer for hockey. 3 players dying, now this. Makes the game seem small.
This is one of the saddest days in hockey history. Lots of NHL players lost their lives in the crash and players around the NHL are devestated to hear about the plane crash. Fans are sad too.
Ted, please see that we have a bonafide moment of silence/tribute to all these great hockey players.
Opening night at Verizon Center would be such a fitting tribute. Many of our players either played with, or watched some of these guys growing up.
There maybe an adversarial relationship between the KHL and NHL, but this is about hockey, not political agendas.
