Outdoor Ice Rink in Georgetown
I think this is a cool idea; and will add a lot of ambiance and fun to the waterfront.
Good for the neighborhood; builds a community.
I am sure someone will complain; but these work everywhere like in Reston Town Center. I hope it gets approved and our neighbors can enjoy gathering around the rink-skating; holding hands with their kids; and taking a spin around the ice.
