A lovely little film about a family and a hearing impaired brother who seeks deep connections with his brother.
Sign language and eye contact save the day. A deep look inside the world of the hearing impaired. A world that was new to me, and I believe one that deserves your attention, and wonder. On SnagFilms.com.
“Biggie and Tupac.” Now this is a film for those of you who love rap and hip hop. What really did happen?
Watch this film on SnagFilms.com, a very well researched documentary.
A heat map of startups and where the jobs are – this is terrific economic development work by the city of New York.
We deserve the same treatment here in the DMV!
Anyone up to creating a map like this one?
This is truly an amazing feat – Google Chrome has surpassed Microsoft Internet Explorer as the number one used browser – on the planet.
I am sure this is because of Google’s strength and reach around the world, and it shows how no leadership position is ever safe in the tech world.
So, we have seen the Netscape browser give way to Microsoft IE, and then the Open movement and Firefox. Now Google Chrome, and also Safari from Apple. I was listening to some old Nirvana on my iPod this morning. What a fantastic sound, and you can really hear Dave Grohl bang away on the drums in their older work.
It is amazing to me that 18 years have passed since Kurt Cobain took his own life. So sad – the loss of teen spirit.
Here is a wonderful film on his life and times – on SnagFilms.com, called “Kurt and Courtney”.
This one is worth your time.
Attendance lags is a lead story in the Washington Post newspaper – followed a few weeks later by attendance is booming story on a blog within the Post network of sites! The attendance lag story, though, gets more ink and pixels; “dog bites man – NOT a story, man bites dog – now that is a story!”
Good for the Washington Nationals. What a great local franchise – and what a great fan base is being developed. I love going to Nationals games as a season ticket holder.
Good to see Tom Boswell showing his ‘Natitude here too.
A great weekend of baseball indeed.
