New SnagFilms Integration with Facebook’s Open Graph

SnagFilms is the first free movie streaming service to integrate with Facebook’s Open Graph platform. The Open Graph platform enables viewers to easily share on Facebook what they’ve watched, rated or queued on the SnagFilms website, when they log in via Facebook Connect. Facebook has been the consistent leader in this kind of social sharing, and we are pleased to be working with them to make it even easier for SnagFilms viewers to share the films they love.

“Capturing the Friedmans” Now Playing on SnagFilms

One of the greatest documentaries of all time is now available, for free, on SnagFilms for the month of April. Directed by my friend Andrew Jarecki, “Capturing the Friedmans” was nominated for an Academy Award and is the winner of 18 major international awards, including the Sundance Grand Jury Prize. It’s a riveting, true story about one of the strangest criminal cases in American history – and continues to be debated over 20 years later. If you’ve never seen the film, it’s truly not to be missed, and if you have seen it, it’s worth experiencing all over again. Click here.

A great quick read

“Mandela’s Way”. I just finished the book; it is about leadership – love; how to negotiate and self-sacrifice to win! Nelson Mandela offers 15 life lessons and he is direct and sweet and smart and historic and inspirational.

The book was written by Richard Stengel, it was a great and very efficient read – one trip on an airplane – I feel like a better person having read this book. Enjoy.
