Reel Geezers Join indieWIRE

Sunday, November 29th, 2009

We are very committed to developing indieWIRE to be the preeminent source of information about indie films and documentaries. We will also develop the platform that supports indieWIRE to allow other experts to blog and post and create a network of sites that celebrate the medium; review films; and cover breaking news and industry happenings.

Here is the wonderful Anne Thompson who now is hosted and supported by IndieWIRE just like newcomers Reel Geezers. Reel Geezers reviews are a treat. Check them out on SnagFilms.

Our intention is to make indieWIRE the #1 source of information about the industry.

In conjunction with SnagFilms.com, I believe we will build out the biggest and best network around this media. I believe in independent film as an art form. I am proud of our experts that also celebrate the genre and also work so hard on our behalf.

Check out indieWIRE daily. Watch films on SnagFilms.

We are building something important together here.

Anne Thompson Joins indieWIRE

Friday, July 31st, 2009

In something of a coup, indieWIRE snags Anne Thompson to join our orbit. Anne is the well known Hollywood columnist formerly of both the Hollywood Reporter and most recently Variety. She is very well known; highly regarded; very connected; and very smart. Her blog is one that I read all of the time and it will now be seen on indieWIRE starting on Sunday evening. Enjoy it and welcome aboard Anne!
