On Shaking Hands

Thursday, October 29th, 2009

I love to meet people and shake their hands. I do it at all of our games and at all of our events. At the Caps Convention, I honestly believe I shook more than 1,000!

I think for the next few weeks I will curtail some of my social interactions just a bit. One of our players has contracted swine flu and we were all lectured on how to minimize the issue.

We are being hyper vigilant now in all of our locker rooms. I think you can eat off of our floors and equipment. They are that clean and sanitized.

We must all be aware of this new flu going around. Wash your hands often with hot water and a good soaping as well. Here’s to wishing and hoping and planning that we see no more flu bug in our locker room and that Quintin Laing recovers quickly and gets well soon!
