We finished the season on quite the run. We won six in a row. We were 9-1 in our last 10 games.
We won the most games in franchise history. We finished the year 10 games over 500 at 22-12.
We won the Eastern Conference.
We now have home court advantage throughout the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Game One is Wednesday at Verizon Center. Game Three, if needed, is Sunday at 4:00 pm at home.
I have always heard that if we won our community would support us. Well - what are you waiting for now?!
Congrats to our coach and GM. A job well done. It starts at the top.
Congrats to our managing partner Sheila Johnson. Way to go! You had faith and optimism.
And congratulations to the players who pulled together and became a tightly functioning excellent team. We are all so very proud of you.
