Weird Headline

I don’t see plenty of upside in our slide.

I gave a basic one word answer to a tough question, “Yes.” :-)

We did get a point. We did hit plenty of posts.

While we are at it, I am not a cyber tycoon. I was a long term exec at AOL, the publisher of this blog Fanhouse.

I was there at the birth of AOL Sports.

Thanks for the Emails

I appreciate all of the nice emails from AOLers (past and present) regarding yesterday’s visit to the Dulles Campus. I have now received more than 200 emails and I appreciate the warmth and sincerity of your notes.

I believe in you and feel nothing but positive energy about the day. I think Tim Armstrong “gets it” and is the right leader at the right time for AOL. Onward. Make us all proud.

I thought that was very gracious of him and since I am loyal to AOL and to its employees, customers and partners, I took Tim up on his offer. I am retired from AOL. I have no agenda and no ax to grind. I only wish good tidings for the company.
